Taste of Arlington is even bigger in 2018! Taking place in Ballston on Sunday May 20, this huge family and pet friendly street festival allows residents to purchase tickets to trade for samples of local food, beer or wine.  Entrance to the festival is free this year and opens at noon, with live music playing all day rain or shine on two concert stages:

Hunger Is No Joke fundraiser with White Ford Bronco

Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC)’s Young Professionals are hosting their 4th annual Hunger is No Joke event this Friday, April 4 in Rosslyn. All proceeds of this party held at Cafe Asia’s Party Loft benefit AFAC's mission of obtaining and distributing groceries, directly and free of charge, to people living in Arlington who cannot afford to purchase enough food to meet their basic needs.

The night starts at 8pm followed by live music at 9pm by local 90s cover band White Ford Bronco, one of my favorite high-energy cover bands in the area. The night also includes many prize raffles, including those donated from the Washington Capitals, the Washington Nationals, D.C. United, Flight Trampoline Park, Bikram Yoga Arlington, Passionately Pets and Commonwealth Joe. Tickets purchased in advance are $30 for single tickets and $55 for a pair of tickets.

One of the best local cover bands I've ever seen is coming to Clarendon Grill tonight, Thursday August 29. White Ford Bronco will belt out some classic 90s tunes starting at 9:30pm.

Before that, the Grill features their Thursday "No Bull Happy Hour" with Red Bull based drink specials and music by DJ Clinton Matthews starting at 5:30pm.

The band that could possibly be DC's best cover band White Ford Bronco is playing at Clarendon Grill tonight, Thursday May 23. The all-90s cover music the five member band plays is guaranteed to get your energy up and make you dance. I last saw them play at Truckeroo last year and thought they were the best band that day.

Two great bands are coming to Clarendon Grill this week to start out your summer weekend with energetic music. First White Ford Bronco returns on Thursday to rock the Grill with all-90's cover music. I saw them play at Truckeroo on Friday and was impressed with Gretchen's lead vocals. Then Liquid A comes to the Clarendon on Friday night to what I expect to be a packed crowd.
