Memphis 59 at Iota Sept 24

Hoping to visit my favorite music venue Iota Club and Cafe this Friday the 24th for Memphis 59 returning to Clarendon. Local talent the Brother Shamus are also playing, with the Walkaways are the headliner. Show starts at 9pm with a $12 cover.

Charity Concert at Clarendon Ballroom Nov 18

Pink Jams is charity concert fundraiser coming to the Clarendon Ballroom on November 18, 2009. Music will be provided by popular local musician Justin Trawick and Memphis 59.

The event is in support for the two day Avon Walk for Breast Cancer on May 1-2, 2010. Organizer Christa Floresca and thousands of other men and woman will journey a total of 40 miles through our nation's capital to raise at least $10,000.

Memphis 59 @ Galaxy Hut tonight

Memphis 59 is playing at the Galaxy Hut tonight at 9pm with a great Los Angeles-based songwriter named Adam Marsland and his Chaos Band.

Chris Zogby, formally from Boxcar Collision fame, is Memphis 59's drummer.

It should interesting to see how the tiny Galaxy Hut contains the mix of rock/powerpop/indie soul tonight.
