Tonight Whitlows had their official opening their rooftop deck, Wilson On Whitlows. The perfect spring weather provided for a packed turnout, as many locals took advantage of the free pork sandwiches, wings, chips and salsa, and veggies and dip, and discounted drinks. Washington Post's Going Out Guide was also there to promote the event and to offer up a raffle with music tickets and Whitlows gift cards. Along for the ride was also four Peep dioramas, which provided some small talk fodder.
Whitlow's rooftop should be a popular spot this summer, and should give Clarendon's other sunny decks like Ballroom, Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill, and Eventide some competition
