Starting this Monday, March 4 Crystal Edge and Katrina Colby every 1st and 3rd Monday of the Month for Drag Bingo at The Board Room in Clarendon.

Bingo Happy Hour for Arlington Rooftop

Arlington Thrive’s Young Professionals Group for its Bingo Happy Hour on Tuesday September 15 from 5:30 to 8:30pm at Arlington Rooftop Bar and Grill. Attendance is free and so is the first bingo card. All are welcome to come and enjoy food and drink specials, test their bingo skill, hopefully win some great prizes, network with other area young professionals, and learn about an organization working to prevent homelessness in Arlington County.

Charity Chili Cook Off and Bingo Night April 9

The ladies of the NoVA Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter are having a Charity Chili Cook
Off and Bingo Night benefiting the blind and visually impaired. The Cook Off will be held April
9th at the Lyon Village Community House, 1920 North Highland Street in Arlington, at 7pm. Tickets are $25.00 and can be purchased online.

Through the Foundation, they have contributed over $2.8 million in Service for Sight grants to organizations and schools enhancing the quality of life for persons who are blind or visually impaired, and offering educational resources and support to prevent blindness. Delta Gamma schools provide children who are blind or visually impaired to learn specialized skills.

Drag Queen Bingo @ Freddie's

Many local venues have a regular Wednesday night activity or deal to attract the weekday crowd. Several places have half price burgers or happy hour deals. Iota has open mic. RiRa has comedy standup. And now I've learned that Freddie's in Crystal City has ... Drag Queen Bingo?

Its definitely a break from the ordinary in Arlington, with Freddie's being a beach themed and LGBT friendly bar. It's a fun and laugh filled night with bingo hostess like Ofelia Bottoms reading the numbers.

The best part is when two people get bingo simultaneously, and Ofelia makes the crowd judge the winner as they "lip sync for their lives!"

The free bingo games start at 8pm and the night also features half price burgers.
