It's time for the annual
DC101 Elliot In The Morning Halloween costume contest in Clarendon! On Friday, October 28 the biggest party of the year starts at 5pm at
Clarendon Ballroom and peaks with local radio personality Elliot
Segal hosts a costume contest with a $3,000 grand prize. Music starts at
8pm with Junkfood. There is a $10 cover before 9pm, and goes up to $15 after that.
