No Pants Subway Ride DC is taking place in an especially cold January 11, where participants meet at L'Enfant Plaza station and ride the metro 3-5pm without pants while keeping a straight face. This cheeky event was started by
Improv Everywhere in 2002 in New York and has now spread to other cities like DC. After party is at
