This Thursday, April 24 the grassroots Arlington project
Rally Against Rape will hold its annual gathering in Gateway Park in Rosslyn. The rally starts at 6:30pm to raise awareness about sexual violence in Northern Virginia. The event will include guest speakers, music, resource fair, souvenir
stores, and opportunities for survivors, victims, and others affected by
sexual violence to share their stories and speak out against rape,
sexual assault, and domestic violence. The event will end with a
candlelight vigil. Attendance is free, but you can also make a
donation to contribute to their $6,000 fundraising goal.
