One of my favorite local restaurants
3 in Clarendon is updating their menu to include "Bar Bites" small plates. Available Tuesday to Friday from 4-8pm, all bites are $6. The current menu features:
- Fried Pickles with Lemon-Cayenne Remoulade
- Pork Belly Hoecakes with Braised Bacon, Pickled Slaw and Spicy BBQ
- Bacon Deviled Eggs with House-cured Bacon
- House Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders with BBQ Sauce
- Grilled Cheese Bites with Bacon Tomato Dipping Sauce
- Short Rib Quesadillas with Jack Cheese and Chipotle Sour Cream
- Goat Cheese, Caramelized Onions and Spinach Flatbread
