Whitlows Rooftop Deck opening party

Tonight Whitlows had their official opening their rooftop deck, Wilson On Whitlows. The perfect spring weather provided for a packed turnout, as many locals took advantage of the free pork sandwiches, wings, chips and salsa, and veggies and dip, and discounted drinks.

Washington Post's Going Out Guide was also there to promote the event and to offer up a raffle with music tickets and Whitlows gift cards. Along for the ride was also four Peep dioramas, which provided some small talk fodder.

Whitlow's rooftop should be a popular spot this summer, and should give Clarendon's other sunny decks like Ballroom, Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill, and Eventide some competition

People have swarmed all over the place - Whitlows's rooftop deck is definitely the perfect place to have a conversation and dine afterwards. Not to mention their discounted drinks. It just keeps getting better.

From the looks of it, the opening party was a big success. Spring is the best time to enjoy the beauty outdoors. Organizing your company event on a rooftop deck is a good idea. I am sure your potential clients would welcome the opportunity to do business in such a lovely venue.

To celebrate an official opening in a facility, where you can see the view from above, is exhilarating! I’m pretty sure that it was an all out party for everyone who attended. Now, I’ve got an idea where to celebrate my birthday this coming weekend. And I guess it’s time to make some early preparations on my cousin’s rooftop. =)

Invite me on your birthday, Ashlee. :P Indeed, rooftops are the best place to spend special occasions like birthday parties, pizza parties, the New Year, Christmas, heck, even wedding ceremonies! As a matter of fact, I have a friend in Jamaica who just spent her birthday last week on her rooftop. Oh yes, Will, there ain’t no partay like a rooftop partay! LOL

I have to agree that Whitlows’ rooftop should be a popular spot for summer. Who wouldn’t enjoy spending their days, and even nights, in this spectacular place? Summer is supposed to be fun and exciting, and I believe this rooftop could be just the area where you can attain both.

Belated happy birthday Ashlee! :P Will's right, there's no party like a rooftop party. Everyone must have had a great time at the rooftop. Washington Post's Going Out Guide did a great job on promoting the event there.
